The Fourfold Wisdoms are not principles to adopt or traits to develop.
They are living energies. The are wisdom from the white lions.
An architecture that reveals itself when life force is allowed to move freely again.
They are tools to utilize so that life naturally organizes itself when unnecessary struggle, fragmentation,
and self-abandonment fall away.
The Fourfold Wisdoms are not something I invented.
They are something I received, lived, tested, and slowly trusted.

n 2016, I spent several weeks in Zimbabwe and South Africa, including time with the white lions of Timbavati through my training with the White Lion Trust, led by Linda Tucker.
Sitting in quiet proximity with the white lions changed me in ways that continue to unfold in me today.
Without agenda or interpretation the white lions refined my capacity to observe and listen without interference.
The innate wisdom of the white lions is evident in everything they are and do.

The Moment the Wisdoms Arrived
In 2022, during a period of deep meditation, I found myself consciously entering the energetic field of the white lions of Timbavati and pride again. I was not trying to “create” anything.
I was listening. To my self. To the white lions. To the truth.
As I settled into the meditation, I felt myself reaching inward.
Into memory, into my psyche, into my lived experience with the white lions, with pride.
And then, without effort, it happened.
It felt as though a pitcher of water was being poured through me.
Wisdom pouring into me. The wisdom of the universe. The wisdom of the white lions.
The wisdom that was already present inside of me.
They poured into my being. My heart, my soul, my very cells.
Quietly.
Clearly.
Without drama.
It felt like a gift from the white lions themselves. It felt like truth at a heart level.
True in a way nothing ever had.
And then, honestly, I put them aside.
I was listening. To my self. To the white lions. To the truth.

For a long while, the Fourfold Wisdoms lived only in my journal.
I would return to that entry occasionally.
Reading it, feeling it, knowing it mattered.
But not yet knowing how or when it would take shape in the world.
This, too, was part of the wisdom.

When Life Asked Me to Go Deeper
Midway through 2023, life began to crumble again or at least if felt that way.
There were intense medical experiences.
Grief entered my life once more, as it always does.
Old structures fell away.
At first, I thought I was being asked to reinvent myself.
Something I had done many times before.
But as I listened more deeply, I realized this was not reinvention.
It was initiation into depth.
Not forward into something new, but inward.
Deeper into myself, deeper into truth, deeper into embodiment. Deeper into relationship with The Code.
I returned again to the Fourfold Wisdoms. I returned again to the White Lions and to the Pride.
I began actively working with Pride Energy and the Fourfold Wisdoms internally, as a lived practice.
Not teaching them. Not naming them explicitly.
Simply allowing them to orient my choices, my healing, my pacing, my truth-telling.
I began to notice a difference. Pride became embodiment, not just a word. The Wisdoms began to speak to me
and me to them. Life was shifting and rearranging. I surrendered to the wisdom of the code.
Allowing it to both burn off and stabilize my system. Pride became intuitive rather than forced.
And the Fourfold Wisdoms gathered inside my body and soul. I felt more clear. More focused. My actions aligned
with my purpose in new and exciting ways.
I knew it was time to share the Fourfold Wisdoms.

The invitation was clear to bring the Fourfold Wisdoms forward to people I trusted most.
In the spring of 2025, in the months leading up to a gathering I had partially created and had participated
in for seven years I took a leap of faith.
Teachers, mentors, and companions who had walked with me were all part of this gathering.
This was not a room of strangers. This was my pride. All of them had walked with me at different times
and levels along my journey through the previous years.

One that feels timeless, and likely has moved through many lives and many forms.
Its current form is the work I offer now.
It is mine to share. Not because I own it, but because I am in relationship with it.

The Fourfold Wisdoms are not abstract principles. They shape how we relate, lead, choose, and respond in daily life. When lived, they support steadiness in relationship, shared responsibility, and action that serves both the individual and the collective.
They offer a way of moving through life that is grounded, relational, and responsive, rather than reactive or driven by urgency.

The upward-pointing triangle represents masculine consciousness (Shiva), and their union gives rise to awakening and balance; in this system, aligned action emerges at that point of union.
Beneath it all, the Elimination Code functions as both stabilizer and fire, restoring balance while refining only what is ready to be released, supporting our return to coherence again and again.
